JLP is the Jupiter Liquidity Provider program. JLP allows a liquidity provider to add liquidity to a pool used by perpetual traders. The perpetual traders get liquidity and the provider gets rewarded with some of the fees emitted from the trader. The expected returns are listed on the JLP page as an APY.
