FUD means Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt. Crypto has a large range of emotions that includes panic. When token holders panic and sentiment wavers, the negativity spreads on a community level. This spread is usually termed as FUD. It can have a small impact on the project or it could completely destroy the project.
