Thumbnail Designer for Uplink

Project Scope
We are looking for a talented thumbnail designer for Jupiter's YouTube channel. You'll be designing 3-5 thumbnails weekly, including thumbnails for live streams.

Evaluation Criteria
You’d be a good fit if you fulfill the following criteria:

Strong Photoshop skills

Previous experience in designing thumbnails that drive high CTR (6%+), with quick turnaround times

Understanding of Jupiter and Solana (not mandatory, but good to have)

How This Will Work
Start with a paid trial for 1 week.

If things go well, you'll join the Uplink Working Group.

Regular feedback and progress meetings to ensure alignment with the working group goals.

Work Group Grants

The CWG and Catdet council have been given a $150,000 budget to grant to active contributors who help the Jupiverse grow. If you have an idea, skill, or talent, put it to use and demonstrate its impact. Your resume doesn't matter, only your actions do: do stuff and we'll support you.

Assist in Graphic Design

Assist the existing work groups with their graphic design needs. Utilize the DAO's media kit to guide your designs. This opportunity is an unpaid/volunteer position but could lead to further work within existing work groups, or, potentially, grants to form your own Jupiter Work Group. An AMA or Ask Me Anything is an event where the community can ask a person or persons any variety of questions in real time. The LFG process has AMAs with the CWG and the projects that are trying to launch on the website.

ASR

JUP Acronym

ASR stands for Active Staking Rewards. In reference to the JUP DAO, ASR implies: Active - You must be Active during the governance voting period. Staking - You must have your $JUP staked and vote with it. Rewards - In order to encourage active participation, DAO voters will receive rewards at the end of each quarter. Those rewards will consist of $JUP and other tokens accumulated by the DAO treasury from LFG Launchpad fees.

JUP Acronym

Community Eats First (CEF) is Jupiter's commitment to stand behind our plans and make sure the community eats first. This refers to rewarding community members and by getting $JUP into their hands. Long term community members are those that align with the larger Jupiter META initiative. (J.U.P., G.U.M., etc.). CEF can also refer to the Community Emissions Framework, designed to prevent JUP token supply shocks by responsibly managing team held tokens.
